Chad Walker, owner and CEO of Andal Construction, is a fourth-generation general contractor primarily serving the State of Texas. Chad has worked in the real estate/construction industry since 1999. His family has won numerous building and construction awards, including Home Builder of the Year in 2017.

After attending Texas Tech University and earning a BBA in Finance, Chad began his career in the public service sector where he spent five years in law enforcement. After leaving law enforcement, Chad embarked on his career in the real estate/construction sector, obtaining his real estate and commercial appraisal licenses in the process. Chad traveled the US and Canada, providing real estate consulting services to companies including CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, UHaul, Prudential, Sysco and many others. In 2003, Chad entered the construction business as a general contractor building high-end single family residential homes.

Currently, Chad owns companies that install commercial/residential roofing systems and window treatments, as well as provide general contracting services. Chad delivers top quality products, using a pool of experienced installers to provide superior customer service.  A commitment to the consumer is of utmost importance to him, and he believes that responsive and clear communication with his clients is the foundation for establishing a quality working relationship with his clientele.

Chad has been married for 26 years and has two children. He strives to provide a good example to his family by giving back to his community. He has worked with several different volunteer organizations, including Coaches Outreach, and is a past board member of the Metrocrest Community Clinic and McKinney YMCA Sports Board.
